Two years at Oxford College constitute a rigorous and exciting learning experience. When we leave this historic campus, many of us will continue to Emory in Atlanta buoyed by a prestigious education, cherished friendships, and — most important — open minds. We leave Oxford with a newfound appreciation for the strong relationships we have forged with our peers and with the faculty and staff, forming lasting bonds we will carry throughout our lives.
We have embraced all aspects of Oxford — the natural beauty, academic distinction, and countless opportunities for leadership, service, and extracurricular growth. To assure that the Oxford experience continues to thrive and grow, and to allow students to express their commitment to the college, each year the sophomore class conducts a Class Gift Campaign with a goal of 100 percent participation from all students. On behalf of the Oxford Class of 2026, we invite you to support Oxford through our class gift and show your appreciation for the Oxford experience and all it encompasses. Please contribute. Your participation is vital to a successful campaign.
We appreciate any contribution, no matter the size. We encourage a gift of $20.26 or more in recognition of the Class of 2026. Students making a gift or $5 or more qualify to receive a Blue Tassel to wear at commencement. Donors often choose to make their gifts in honor of family members, graduating students, favorite professors or staff members, and others who positively influenced them during their time at Oxford.

The Oxford Class Gift Buzz fundraising event was an absolute hit during Oxford Reunions and the Continuee Comeback Celebration! A HUGE shout-out to George Segall 26Ox for taking one for the team and rocking the buzz cut—it looks GREAT and made the moment unforgettable. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, we’ve raised $11,903 so far—and with an additional $2,000 from OxSGA, we’re at $13,903 toward the Oxford College Class of 2026 Gift! There’s still time to make an impact—we’re fundraising through August 31. Every gift supports student initiatives and strengthens the Oxford experience for the Class of 2026. This year, the Class of 2026 has taken time to reflect on the individuals who have profoundly shaped the Oxford experience. In recognition of Provost Badia Ahad’s leadership and enduring commitment to students, and in loving memory of Shreya Gowducheruvu 24Ox 26C, whose joy, kindness, and spirit continue to inspire her classmates, the Oxford Class Gift Committee has chosen to dedicate the 2026 class gift in their honor and memory. With the support of Provost Ahad and Shreya’s parents, the class gift will create new and enhanced outdoor community spaces, including improvements to the Hearn Nature Trail and gathering areas in and around the Quad. These welcoming spaces are intended to encourage reflection, connection, and shared community and will serve as lasting reminders of the leadership, warmth, and impact both Provost Ahad and Shreya brought to Oxford College.
